Clinical Supervision and Consultation in New Jersey

Supporting the Next Generation of Thoughtful, Confident Therapists

Clinical Supervision & Consultation

Working toward licensure is an exciting and meaningful part of your journey as a therapist. It's a time to build confidence, strengthen your clinical skills, and discover your own authentic voice as a clinician. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you feel encouraged to ask quåestions, explore challenging cases, and grow with confidence.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) in New Jersey, I provide supervision for associate clinicians pursuing licensure who work with individuals, couples, and families.

As an LMFT, I bring a relational and systemic perspective to supervision. Together, we'll look beyond symptoms to better understand the relationships, attachment patterns, and life experiences that shape each client's story. My approach is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and helping you develop confidence in your own clinical judgment.

My clinical experience includes:

  • Psychiatric hospitalization

  • Residential treatment for children and adolescents

  • Substance use treatment

  • Outpatient mental health

  • Crisis intervention

  • Private practice

My work is informed by attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while always meeting you where you are in your professional development. Whether you're looking to strengthen your clinical skills, deepen your case conceptualization, or navigate the challenges of early practice, supervision is a space where you don't have to figure it out alone.

I look forward to supporting you as you grow into a confident, compassionate, and skilled therapist.
