About

“ I became a therapist because I've always believed people have more capacity for healing, growth, and connection than they often realize.

More than 20 years later, I still believe that.”

I'm Diana Violante, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New Jersey providing virtual couples therapy, marriage counseling, and individual therapy throughout the state. As owner and founder of Mind Body Relational Therapy LLC, I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and help couples move beyond conflict, rebuild trust, and reconnect with one another.

My Approach

Therapy shouldn't feel cold or clinical.

My role isn't to tell you who's right or wrong or hand you a list of communication tips. Together, we'll slow things down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and identify the patterns keeping you stuck.

When couples begin to feel heard, understood, and emotionally safe with one another, real change becomes possible. That's the work we do together.

I work with adults, couples, and families navigating:

  • Relationship conflict and communication challenges

  • Emotional disconnection

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Grief and loss

  • Trauma

  • Separation, divorce, and co parenting

  • Infidelity and rebuilding trust

  • Life transitions and family changes

Whether you're looking for virtual couples therapy or individual counseling, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and never judged.
